Boylesque for international men's day, charity event

This event is being hosted by the lovely lunar Amethyst from our Rainham class

Location is Kings Sports centre in Rochester which does have a very affordable bar in it.

Parking on site is FREE but you will need to put your car reg in the machine to avoid getting a ticket.

Her aim for this charity event is to encourage people to come out of their comfort zones, have fun, all whilst raising awareness and breaking the stigma against mental health. 

Learning to battle her own demons she understands the fear behind speaking up and feels this fear can be a lot harder for men especially as there aren't as many services out there for men as women.

Come as dressed up or as dressed down as you want and have a good ol’ shimmy with us to one of our original routines.
