Learn to dance in heels

During our survey we sent out something alot of you asked for was a specific workshop which focuses on how to dance in heels properly.....

So thats what we are offering.

This workshop will be for those who want to learn the REAL secrets to dancing in heels, the things we don't get time to teach in every day classes.

- Learn the secrets behind the footwear and how to pick the right shoe for the right style of dance and what you need to look our for and consider

- Discuss some exercises to build up your heel work

- Discuss self care stretches to compliment your development and also protect and look after your legs, heels & Feet

- Learn a short routine to introduce what we have learn and go away and practice.

This venue has a bar on site so i'll ask the staff to open the bar for your arrival should anyone fancy a cheeky friday night tipple.

FREE parking on site

Please remember to bring your heels, you can even bring a few pairs

Rest of the clothing is up to you
