My name is Lindsay and I'm a single parent, with 3 businesses, financially comfortable, enjoying yearly holidays & now in a postion to be employing others so that I can work less hours, smarter hours and get a good business / personal life balance.

Over the years I have spent tens of thousands of pounds on finance and business courses, building up my knowledge because in the beginning I couldn't afford to employ other staff. I started out a 1 woman band trying to balance every task that needed doing but at the end of the day it took me a while to be able to REALLY know my business finances, how we were doing, where we were going and setting realistic goals.

I was just getting on with the daily tasks and hoping that each year we continued to improve from the last.

And that's what I want to do here.....I want to help you truly understand where you are at financially & turn your finances around by sharing all my steps that got me where I am now.

During this course we will be looking at

* Your current income & expenditure in detail

* Any debt you have excluding mortages & best practices for good credit rating

* Know your numbers and where do you fit in the 3 finance categories

* Review your purchases, spending & spending mantra

* Look at all the services / products you offer, review the last 12 months' figures, look at potential missed opportunities

* Set your goals strategically, increase your business growth financially, create an action plan to hit those goals, create a revisit & review plan, look at other platforms to increase revenue including outsourcing pros & cons

This course is a 6 week / 6 module course

We will meet online via zoom at lunchtime 12 noon every Friday on the following dates and the session will be recorded for you to go back and revisit at any time.
