Level Up Chair Trick Workshop

Join us for this progressive chair trick workshop and take your chair skills & confidence to the next level.

During this 3 week workshop we will look at a series of individual chair tricks & movements to build your confidence and skillset when working with chairs to help you take your dancing and performance that step closer to intermediate level.

There will also be opportunities for photos of you performing / posing your NEW moves on week 3

We will not be providing alternatives for any of the moves it will simply be a case of give it a go or pass until another time but you DO NOT have to try all the moves.

All work is done in pairs initially for safety BUT you do not have to book with a friend we can pair you up - then when you are feeling more confident you will will all practice them individually.

This workshop is not suitable for complete beginners or those who whom have never done any chair dancing, pole dancing or acitivties alike (we do have some beginner courses in our course library)

You ARE very likely to gain a bruise or 2 during this type of workshop especially if you do not normally do these types of activities

This workshop requires the use of our Burlesque Chairs so if you have your own  - please bring it BUT if you don't we have 10 available to hire so you don't need to miss out.

This is a 3 week course and with be running on Monday 7th & 14th & 21st August - 8.30pm - 9.30pm

Clothing

NO jeans

I would avoid clothing that makes you feel restricted from free movement.

Tights / Fishnets / leggins are great for the lower body - Bare legs is not advised

We recommend a normal t-shirt or long sleeve top for the upper body - corsets are not advised

Can bring heels for use after practice

Parking

Free parking available at the rear of the community centre, limited to 15 – 20 spaces. Car share recommended. Off road parking also available.

Cancellations / Refunds

We do not accept any cancellations however if we have to cancel or reschedule this event for any reason then we will of course look at offering an alternative date or issuing refunds 

Prices

Non members Price is £27.50 - Members Price is £20.00 - price covers all 3 weeks

Members of Lets Burlesque do receive discounts on all of our events / workshops T&C apply

Must be an active member at the time of booking right through to the day of the event 

If you have paid a members price and you are no longer an active member then you agree to pay the price increase to avoid your place being cancelled.
